Carla Duprat

Executive Director, Institute for Entrepreneurial Citizenship

Born in England and raised in Brazil, Carla Duprat has 30 years of experience in the social sector. Currently serves as Executive director of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Citizenship (ICE), a non profit dedicated to social innovation, collective impact and systems change.  

Carla has prior experience in the private sector in the areas of corporate philanthropy and corporate sustainability, where an international exposure to other countries in Latin America and Africa. Carla is a board member of the non-profit Synergos Brazil; and sits on the advisory board of CEAP, Instituto Beja and Litro de Luz.

She holds a degree in political science and international studies from the University of Warwick, England an MBA in Human Resources from the University of São Paulo, and is currently enrolled in the Masters in Philanthropy Studies at the Lily School of Philanthropy, Indiana University. 

Carla is married and has four children.
