The Foundation is seeking applications from individuals and organisations who are researching ways in which mobile technology can transform public services in the developed context. The judges are seeking innovative ideas for how national, regional and local governments can utilise mobile services to enable the delivery of more effective and efficient services for the greater public benefit.
