World cities like London are dynamic and complex. The London Collaborative is about new ways to develop adaptive capacity and collaboration among London’s leaders, across tiers of government and the wider public sector.

The London Collaborative aims to increase the capacity of London’s public sector to respond to the key strategic challenges facing the capital. These include meeting the needs of a growing, increasingly diverse and transient population; extending prosperity while safeguarding cohesion and wellbeing; and preparing for change driven by carbon reduction.

We aim to do this through researching and developing future scenarios and challenges, exploring ways of measuring a successful London and comparing the capital to other world cities, leadership development, and facilitating collaborative action on specific issues.
