Fostering ecosystems for systems change – lessons from Canada

Venue: Nesta, London,

January 22, 18:00 – 22:00

The complex challenges of today call for new approaches to addressing root causes, building resilience, reducing vulnerability and fostering inclusion. Please join Nesta, SIX and the McConnell Foundation for an evening conversation inspired by Social Innovation Generation: Fostering a Canadian Ecosystem for Systems Change. Published in November 2017, Social Innovation Generation (SiG) shares lessons and insights into how social innovation has been applied in Canada — informing policy change, generating new business models in the private sector, co-creating learning programs and supporting the field of Indigenous social innovation.

Please join us for an evening discussion and Q&A about the SiG experience with Geoff Mulgan (Nesta), Louise Pulford (SIX), Stephen Huddart (The McConnell Foundation), Tim Draimin (former SiG executive director), and Kelsey Spitz (former SiG senior associate and co-author of the book).

Tickets are free and first-come, first-serve. Refreshments will be provided. Please join us on Level 6 of Nesta at 58 Victoria Embankment.
