Description: I work in the Local Innovation team at the Young Foundation looking mainly at issues of empowerment within local communities through the Neighbourhood Action Network. Current workstreams I'm involved with include neighbourliness and belonging, and devolving funds to neighbourhood level. I am also supporting work on local government innovation as part of the Innovation Catalyst. Prior to working at the Young Foundation I held various roles in the New Zealand public service dealing with stakeholder management.
