Description: She is graduated in Business by Mondragón Unibertsitatea in 2000 and and she has received an MSc in Urban Development from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (Scotland) in 2001. The dissertation she carried out to get the MSc degree is names as: “Science Park in Local Economic Development: Stakeholder Analysis”. She has currently received the Diploma of Advanced Studies and she is a doctoral candidate at Deusto University. She joined MIK in 2002 and since them she is involved in the development of different activities and research projects related to Social Capital and Social Network Analysis. She also participates in several Basic and Applied research Project. She has been researching on ARIADNA EQUAL project funded by the European Social Fund to “Innovate in entrepreneurship processes with disadvantage people creating cooperative businesses”. She coordinated the first summer school on Social Capital in 2002 and she has been the director of the next two editions of Social Capital summer schools hosted at the XXI, XXII y XXIII Summer School editions of the Basque Country University. She has published the following papers: “Organizacional Social Capital: self-regeneration ability in organizations” Publisher at the 25th Annual International Conference of Strategic Management Society hosted in (Florida) on the 23th-26th of octubre 2005, “The importante of Social Capital in Economic Development” published in the Summer Conference of TSCF hosted in Malta on the 20th-22nd of September 2005 and “Measuring Social Capital in a network” published in the XXIV International Sunbelt Social Network Conference hosted in Slovenia on the 12th-16th of May 2004.
